Mark Jones
In 1992, Mark had a belief that he wanted to ‘inspire people to make a positive difference to performance’ in whichever role he undertook. 30 years later, that passion still burns brightly, empowering him every day as Chief Inspiration Officer at Future CX.
Mark has a keen interest for technology, psychology and connecting those to build new products, as well as keeping things simple. He also loves a Kit-Kat (other biscuits are available)!
Ian Robinson
Ian has almost 30 years of experience in management and commercial roles, built on a desire to deliver brilliant results through brilliant people. One of his former bosses even nicknamed him ‘The Arch-Deliverer’ so who better to be the Chief Delivery Officer for Future CX?
He has two major obsessions in work – developing people to be the best version of themselves so they can exceed now and into the future and using insight to consistently delight all of our customers!
Clifford Agius
Cliff has a passion for all things technical, a love of coding and a continuous excitement for how we develop our existing and new products. The perfect mixture for a CTO, only topped by his constant desire to see all our products provide a valuable return to all users.
He has three passions: finding bugs in code, coffee and flying!
